How to Apply

Through AMBA's continued partnership with our Industry Partners, a scholarship fund has been established for those students who are currently a senior in high school/home school, and who have been accepted at a Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on College (“SACS COC”) accredited college or university located in the state of Georgia. Applicants must be an immediate family member to a current Atlanta Mortgage Bankers Association (MBAG) member company in good standing. TWO $1000 scholarships will be awarded at the annual June business luncheon. For application, eligibility requirements, rules and procedures for the scholarship along with submission dates and criteria on the submission package and award process, please reference the link below. 

The application package must be postmarked by April 14 to be considered. The selected scholarship recipient will be announced at our June business luncheon. Selection will be based solely on the merit of the applicant without regard to income, race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or parent’s position within a company. Applications will be submitted to the judging panel without names or any other personally-identifying information. Best of luck to you and congratulations!
